Would a person with a short and recessed lower third suite a genioplasty. I have a long midface and my chin is vertically long, but in proportion to the midface looks short and very narrow. Similar to a retrognathic mandible face except now that I'm an adult my facial structure is long and narrow. Dental wise, I have minor overjet, and a deep bite. My cheeks from profile are incredibly flat and I don't know if it's from a weak upper facial structure or from the steep mandibular plane which drapes the cheeks down. To give you an idea how bad it is my eyes protrude further than my cheeks and brow ridge so if something were to contact me dead on my eyes would be hit first. I worry that if I were to have a genio my cheeks would sag even more. Pic posted trying to highlight what on about. I live in Malaysia and wondering if there are any reputable surgeons also.
