Recovery support

Hey everyone
My name is Teresa (Reese), and this past Saturday July 26t, after a long exciting yet stressful nervous wait, I went through with sarpe surgery and the extractions of 8 or 9 teeth..I have ( had) an extra wisdom tooth which makes it 4 1 premolars (bicuspids) and 4 or 5 wisdom teeth not sure if my surgeon was able to remove the extra. My patents said he told them it was to difficult to reach but my discharge papers says all wisdom teeth has been removed . Guess I will have to ask him this wends day .. I am 2 days post op and a little scared.. I am up at 4 in the morning.. I've iced my face for 30 minutes and took my dog out for a mini walk (3 houses down) when I came home my nose started to bleed. I am still swollen and the area around my device (expander is somewhat sore) I don't know if it is the device itself or the extractions.. Does anyone have any advice with coping with the pain, recovery process without the help of nurses.. Any advice would be greatly appreciated..
