this is useful. if we're getting orbital work done, this can be a guide. though the before and after pics of the woman at the end are fudged with her smiling and clearly moving one side of her face higher than the other.

CAS is not superior, it only helps.

in the meaning if a surgeon manually would give "perfect" set in 4 of 10 patients manually
using CAS he can achieve 6-7 of 10 ;)   that's all

in other words, CAS reduces number of second corrections.

Only example, to give a picture of the problem

but CAS has also another adventages..in midface surgeries including orbitals it can show a surgeon how close he is to optic nerve. So CAS also reduces risk of very bad errors.
it allow to measure orbital volume - what is important!

it's generally for midface surgeries...and once again only helpful tool.
