However when I look at this and compare to some real opinions then these charts are strange

For example if someone had well done surgery on zygma bone, then please check bar labeled zygoma for a specific surgeon

What You think about this service ? Can be kinda helpful or not ?
My conslusion is: MM has the greatest experience in osteotomy procedures at least teoretically, what I think, correlates with the real opinion, because he is supposed to be well known as he attends many symposiums, but not well known (on many forums - internet) as a real safe and very good surgeon. Too few data to be sure about that
First conclusion creates the second one, that unfortunately, these charts show not much about real skills
But somehow perhaps it will be interesting for some...
For example I see a little help here
I got some offers (malar bone osteotomy - but very expensive) from German hospitals and when I put the name of chief of maxfac department from the one of them, then I saw this.

http://www.biomedexperts.com/Profile.bme/780406/G%C3%BCnter_LauerIt doesn't look well from my view when a boss of the maxfac department has almost nothing to do with such procedures in researches. Maybe its not good way to evaluate. Don't know what to think...., because
on the other hand some maxfac team may have very good experience in many surgical procedures and they just want to make kinda new (not typical) researches, for instance, about nerve protection during surgery, etc - such thing may belongs to another group of procedures - from this point of view it is good.
