Jaw/Chin Implants... Tips for perfect aesthetics?

For those getting custom implants, what is the IDEAL jawline and chin for a man. How can you construct the PERFECT jaw/chin implant to achieve a jaw like below:



What proportions should be used? Which parts of the face should landmarks line up with?

theres some forum called miss j or something, the owner supposedly knows the most about implants and stuff. It'd be best to contact her.

Also not sure how you look from the front but, IMO the eye area is the most important part of aesthetics. I know people who have nice eyes (upper maxilla/zygo's) and narrow jaws and they get a lot of chicks. just saying....
