Any info? He is somehow affiliated with Dr. Posnick, who has a good reputation.

Bimax. I am wondering if he has a good portfolio, if patients are satisfied with the results, and how many of these procedures he does annually? Would you expect that the results from someone well known like Dr. Posnick would be better?

My plan is to move both jaws forward and top downgrafted with cw rotation.  He is the head of the department and my orthodontist seems to have a lot of respect for him, who him self has a good reputation and has prepared others for him.  There are hundreds of maxfac surgeons out there performing these surgeries everyday.  We have only discussed a few well known surgeons on this site and lose perspective that there are only a few good ones around.  I believe the vast majority have good outcomes.  ANY procedure by ANY of them has its risk and there is no getting around that.  Getting out of bed in the morning has its risk.
