1) is the expansion stable?
2) is it skeletal/palatal expansion or just dental expansion?
3) will it create and anterior open bite?
4) how long do you wear if for?
5) is it possible to expand the mandibular arch?

thats all i an think of for now

Why are you bothering with this?  In the photos you've shown you look like you have a solid shelf  of bone under your eyes.  That's more than enough for a man.  You don't want to look like the guy on the left (or the right, for that matter).

LOL.  I was searching for cheekbone osteotomies.  As expected, nothing came up.  This did, however.

The guy on the left has very feminine cheeks.  The guy on the right none whatsoever.
