nose breathing hasn't improved after Lf1

I can only breathe through one nostril, should I talk to a doctor about this?

Thats what happened to me AFTER having deviated septum surgery with a turbinate reduction.  I really hope I dont have that Empty nose syndrome. 

I can only breathe through one nostril, should I talk to a doctor about this?
The more I learn about the gamble that is jaw surgery the more afraid I become!!!   :-(

the same. Thing is the surgeon said many people have improved breathing after this surgery but unfortunately this was not the case with me
