How much was your posterior maxilla down grafted?

The day before surgery ceph prediction states 4.3mm for posterior.

Do you know what the graft material was?  Does 6 mm posterior downdraft sound like a lot to you?

I do not. Couldn't tell you if it's a lot without knowing your case but of course if your occlusal plane is steep enough and that's what's needed to normalize it, sure.
