Labiomental Fold. Does it move during a Sliding Genioplasty?

Question ive been pondering.

Does it move out a bit during a sliding genioplasty? or does it always stay in the current place? I'm talking about where the fold begins.

You would think if the surgeon made a thick enough cut, it would bring it out a bit. Maybe 1mm or so..

Am I wrong in this assumption?

Notice how it moves forward slightly. Overall, this is the main concern I have about getting an SG. Don't want a door knob as a result.

With a standard genioplasty, I don't think so. It's when there's also vertical movement when the upper part of the chin-tip is brought down after the cut so then the crease will be lowered and stretched out. Implants are the still the worst when it comes to the 'doorknob' effect though.
