And have a presentation of smile aesthetics difference between extraction vs nonextraction orthodontics.I feel find like a good ortho for my case . The problem is i cant find good surgeon which can acchieve best resulst. In germany i know zarrinbal but he has high prices for my country economy
. There is a lot of surgeon who can do face transplant or jaw transplant in turkey but i cant find any surgeon who concentrated only jaw surgeries like arnett gunson. The question is must i go with this ortho? surgery or without surgery.
