What surgeries would you suggest for me?

I posted pics of the right side of my profile, where you can see my normal bite (which is an overbite) and when I'm jutting my jaw. With my normal bite I have noticeable lip incompetence and the jaw is recessed, and even when I move my jaw forward I still have lip incompetence and the mandible is still too short which looks bad. I know I need BSSO and genio for sure but I wonder if I also need a lefort?

i actually have short jaws and its frustrating to read you think those are especially short, you'd top yourself in my position

Sorry, maybe I'm wrong. I really don't know if I exaggerated when I said it's too short, maybe my chin is the only thing that is short and I'm confusing things

 I need surgery though, otherwise how do I fix my lip incompetence and overbite? I already had braces and they didn't help my bite at all.
