Alar Cinch

My nose stayed pretty much the same after surgery but will it get wider as the alar cinch dissolves? I know the alar cinch is used to prevent widening but if it's temporary is it really worth having done?

If done properly the cinch should take 3 months to dissolve. What movements did you have done?
