What is wrong with my midface?

I got an anteface (area under the nose is further protuding than the forehead) but my midface + lowerthird is recessed,
I look like a monkey.

What can I do, I added a picture of some guy who looks a lot like me, something is off with my midface, but what (judging on the pic with the cba shirt)?

Also, could tell me what the guy in the before/after picture had? Lefort 1?

But my midface is super flat and behinde my forehead (except the part under the nose making it an ante face), could a lefort 1 bring the lower midface forward like in the before after pic?
