Big muscles often indicate bruxing. Nothing healthy about that.

I definitely don't brux during the day, I wear my retainers every night and have seen no signs of it either. It would show up as damage.
I understand I should be cautious though.

it depends... for the ones with bruxism for sure it's better
I think it's much more complicated and actual medicine is too poor to know the issue better
