So as most of you know since I've been posting on here frequently I had lower jaw surgery to correct my underbite. My surgeon has claimed countless times that my upper jaw is normal and has fully projection. Though I am skeptical, I think my problem mane due to a flat midface but normally projected jaws. Because of this my skin seems to sag near my nose and appears flat. What could I do to alleviate this? My surgeon said upper jaw surgery would not be the way to do it. Is that true? If it isnt what other suggestions are there? I would prefer non surgical but I'm open to hearing all options.
