What surgeries does this guy need?

I found these pictures on realself.com. The poster's lower third is almost identical to mine, except I have a narrower chin. In fact, I almost thought someone had used pictures of me. I wear a heavy beard-year round to hide my jaw/chin incompetencies.

Could a chin osteotomy produce a masculine profile and wider mandible?

Looks class ii.  Bimax advancement, moreso the mandible.  Anything else is speculation.  Possible ccw rotation but can only be verified with x-ray.  Same with sliding genioplasty, but it appears he can skip ithe as gonian looks fine... lower incisors probably proclined and need pulled in and uprighted.  Cheeks could use work as well.
