Hi guys

What would you guys recommend for someone who has nearly perfect teeth and bite, no over- or underbite, but just wants a wider and more protruding, possibly longer(vertically) lower third.

Yes, I know none of these procedures are photoshop magic. But what would you recommend I look into?

And what are the benefits of doing something like Lefort 1 + BSSO over a chin wing surgery?
