When you see that a surgeon is a member of the European Association for Cranio-facial surgery or the Internation Association of Oral and Maxilo-facial surgeons or whatever it is what does this mean for the patient? Is it aguarantee that your surgeon is at least of a certain standard? How do they get into this associations?
