If he works at pyramide then treatment with him is probably really expensive (like with Triaca). Apparently they are the best though.

Okay here's what's interesting then. At Pyramide they use HA paste whereas Dr. Zarrinabal in Berlin who does the same procedures: chin wing, ZSO etc. thinks HA is terrible.

Earl, would you care to weigh in here?

As far as I know Dr. Triaca and Dr. Brusco prefer bone grafts instead of HA.

It seems Dr. Brusco worked for many years together with Dr. Triaca as assistant and probably co-developed and optimized the Chin Wing surgery.

I have spoken with triaca. He does not use ha. He uses bone from the iliac crest. Your own bone is always the best choice, he says. I think another doc who does chin wing and zso is T. Furrer from Zurich. Unterkieferrandosteotomie means chin wing.

why would you go to switzerland instead of germany tho? its atleast twice as expensive afaik, and i doubt you'll get a 2x better result lol

from what i have seen the results they achieve are similar on the chin wing. also price difference is not that large. would love to see zso results, have not seen any yet though.
