As you can see from the pictures I have distinct jaw and cheek asymmetry that leave the chin lopsided. Any ideas what could have caused this development? I believe it has had real impact on my life and I've had a goal to fix this for a long time. What kind of surgery (and cost) would I be looking at to have this corrected?

you have no noticeable asymmetry and you'll just f**k up the good looks you have by doing anything.

no surgery for such mild asymmetry. No sense...  You look ok. Change your mind.

You have no asymmetry outside of normality judging from those pictures. Continue with your life and forget this jawsurgery nonsense that has plagued myself and others for almost a decade.

I only wish that I looked that good when your age!  You are a good looking guy.  You do not need jaw surgery based on your pics.  Stop over analyzing your looks.

I don't think your any kind of major asymmetric at all.  I wouldn't even be close to thinking about surgery for this.
