Underbite Surgery Before and After Update Pictures

Hey everyone!
It's been a week and 3 days since I had my surgery and just wanted to update you guys on my progress! I know I posted a few days after the surgery in a panic as the swelling clouded my judgement of the final results. Have to say though I'm quite happy with the results now.
Would love your opinions too!

Side profiles (To me this is the biggest difference. I cant get over how flat the space between my nose and mouth was before.)

Anyone getting this done I cant stress enough how important it is to wait until the swelling goes down enough before you make any judgements!

Did you get a genioplasty as well? or just bi-max? any sort of mid-face grafting? who was your surgeon?

Hi Pekay, nope nothing, just got my top jaw brought forward and bottom one back! It's crazy the difference it made on my chin. I considered genioplasty as my chin was my main concern but didn't get it in the end.

No i'm too happy with the results to do anything else. Anything more with be purely for cosmetic reasons and I dont want to go down that road!
