after examining my profile (i dont have a ceph scan yet tho) and learning about this for a long time, I think I need jaw osteonomy, and not implants, because implants will not change the current lip posture, which means no matter how big i make my jaw, the lip posture would remain the same (lower lip is a bit droppy, and also not aligned properly with upper) i think I need the following:
-lower jaw horizontal advancement
-upper jaw (is this lefort 1?) rotated, and advanced a bit also to match the new lower jaw placement i guess
