Underbite before and after lateral cephs

Just wanted to share my lateral cephs, before and after leforte one 3 piece.

As some may know I've been disappointed with the surgical result and the orthodontic treatment I received prior and post surgery.

Please note, that I ended orthodontic treatment against pprofessional advice  at 3 months post operation.

CCW I find the overbite and overclosing very uncomfortable so I'd like to have a revision or a bite restoration of some sort asap.

ditterbo my lower lip has no support as my lower teeth are very retroclined.
