I don't know that it would look "off." I do think it might look better to me if there were more width- I don't know about distraction or procedures to change the lower arch form.

Distraction of the lower arch is possible...no one is f**kin doing it. i foudn ACOM helped a that with this issue i had post op

It is performed, it's called MSDO. I believe IMDO can also do a similar thing .
