I consulted with Dr. Z recently and he suggested rhinoplasty (my nose is overprojecting and very crooked) and chin wing.
Chin Wing seems really good for chin projection, but it seems to hurt ramus shape and could enhance asymmetry, so not quite sure what to do. Other options are genioplasty or double jaw surgery, but not sure if double jaw is worth it in my case.
