Hi guys. Hypothetically my bimax woes not withstanding , do you think this kind of chin reduction would help me? What kind of genioplastic procedure would best accomplish this?
thank you.

I have online. Most focus was on my jaw issues. Chin was an afterthought and the consensus has been it needs to be vertically shortened & advanced.

Thanks for sharing Lestat.
I do not want to feminize my face ofc. I guess I need similar osteotomy just to shorten the chin . I wonder if this kind of recontouring could be done along with a side wing.

You can shorten the chin with a chin wing.
