I posted my ceph in the other post I made but here it is again:

I did some ceph analysis and (I have a very very minor overbite) I found my SNA to be ~80deg, SNB ~77deg, ANB ~3deg and gonial angle around 125deg.

I have slight recession in both my jaws.

I'm going to another surgeon to ask a few questions. What should I be asking? What movements should I be looking at getting? I keep reading about downgrafting and not sure if I need that or anterior impaction?

Right now my biggest concerns are aging post jaw surgery, potential premature aging, the eye hollows -- honestly big concern, the loss of cheek concavity, etc. Basically all the soft tissue changes that are hard to mitigate. Additionally the fact that my midface will be left behind. I don't have prominent cheeks so moving the jaws worries me.
