I see that you struggle a lot with this and I genuinely hope you can find resolve somehow. But I also have to employ some skepticism as most victims of bad surgery I've encountered on this site were unfair and had a skewed perception of their appearance, or uploaded photographs of themselves where they would manipulate their faces with lighting and different facial expressions.
In fact, I'd go as far as to say that you would be the first patient to get my sympathy in this regard if you were to present me with convincing evidence of a "botched" surgery. The only legitimately botched surgeries are the ones I've seen on TV and half of them were even the fault of the patients themselves.
The angle at which your head is tilted in relation to the camera makes a huge difference in how your face looks. Another factor is the proximity of the subject to the camera which should be at least 2 meters. If it's any closer, you're probably going to distort your features to some extent.
A third factor is lighting, water and the amount of red and yellow tones in your skin and the level of tan you've got going on: The darker, redder, more yellow, and more moist your skin is, the more defined and attractive it will look. This is a concept commonly exploited in weight loss b/a photos and by fitness models.
The photos you've provided lack objectivity: You're many shades darker in the right photo compared to the left. The left photo also has a giant light source coming in from the left. The right one is evenly lit with much less light and only from the front or above.
The two photos were also either not taken from the same distance, or you have positioned your head further from your neck in the left one compared to the right one. This would also distort the appearance of your lower third. The distance between you lips and the tip of your chin is also different in each photo, which tells me that you are tilting your head differently or that the distance to the camera is different.
For anyone to access your results objectively, you have to achieve the same skin tone or at least the same lighting setting that you had in the before photo.
I know this is probably going to offend you, but you have to realize that sometimes it's the people who're saying hurtful things that are telling you the truth and trying to help you, not the ones that just confirm your own beliefs.
I'd lying if I were to say I'm convinced that your claims are true.
Everyone has the right for their opinnion. During the consultation Marten drew an hourglass form on nose of the face illustration on paper. He drew also lines on the jaw angles. I did not request those, thus I did not ask about why he was drawing those during my consultation. I thought it is his way. Sometimes people draw whatever. However those drawings ended up being as defects on my face after the surgery. He also drew the surgical marks on my face on the jaw, nose and close to lips. He did not show those to me but they send pictures me after with the OR report. The marks were nothing like other surgeons draw in my requested surgery. The marks are on where the defects are.
I don't need you to be conviced. I have enough people who are convinced. Marten did it and it is wrong. He did so huge crime that I don't think this mess is possible to get ever fixed...
What you are talking about the pictures is typical what the defence league would say. First comes a simple question and after an answer they tell you how they disbelieve what happened because of all sorts of things. It's all your choice to believe what you want. I do not think I could convince you in any way with any sort of pictures. There would be always something wrong.
But I do have better pictures and I'm going to get better after pictures too which I upload to my blog. People can think whatever but some at least understand that no one would complain without a true reason.
Even you are not convinced. This is what happened and that will never change. My face was indeed ruined by Marten.
But my main question and intention on this thread was not to talk about what is wrong with the pictures or what Marten did, but to get hints about how to restore my jaw. Lazlo suggested to get implants. I'm going to look for that if I get that far in this life.
Not all of us are supplied with the same visual intelligence, thus some people never notice the delicate nuance changes. Even a few millimeter bone change can have a big impact.
If anyone have suggestions for dorctors in Europe that can cope with this sort of jaw broblem, please let me know.
