i've got the inside scoop from people who have lived with him.

don't even think about it. and I won't elaborate more.

This is kinda awesome to recover in the house of the doctor who did the surgery.   Knowing me, I'd ask him so many questions and be so nervous I can guarantee even the most compassionate surgeon would get sick of me and move my bed out into the street after a day or two.
The more I learn about the gamble that is jaw surgery the more afraid I become!!!   :-(

He has a dr working with him, Dr. christine jacobsen.  they seem to have been working together for a number of years. shes quite young so i imagine shed be taking on some of his work, adapting his techniques and integrating new ones as theyre developed and refined.

Ermm.... what?
That has pretty much no relevance to the thread whatsoever but ok.

Jackobsen was apparently going to do CT cartilage implants, how that would happen with cartilage, I have no idea.

I don't know why anyone would go with him really, especially considering all you read here / elsewhere.

There's tons of surgeons on the continent who seem much more reasonably priced and produce more 'normal' looking results.

The cheeks look feminine to me but then again he does straighten his hair so maybe that guy is into that...

I doubt anyone will seriously go to him, you have to weigh up which is crazier the Professor or his prices.

Jacobsen is conservative and cheaper but I don't know HOW cheaper technically a Bentley is also cheaper than Sailer  :P

Did he only use medpor to augment the jaw angle or how is such an impressive result possible?! I guess the patient is very happy with his new face.

I'm after contact with some well known swiss surgeons.... and I'm disappointed. They are overrated.

There is no sense to go so deep asking people about experiences with specific surgeons.
It make sense only to some point, then

you may end up very badly with a surgeon who has good opinion and vice versa
it's a lottery ....believe me.

and all surgeons have badly botched surgeries on account. Some more, some less
