Moving on, I am surprised that this Yaremchuk result is never discussed, it is as dramatic as some Sailer ones but looks natural.

Did he only use medpor to augment the jaw angle or how is such an impressive result possible?! I guess the patient is very happy with his new face.

I have read on another forum that Sailer indeed uses medpor for the jaw angles..... so he is not different from other euro surgeons in this regard.

He looks great (the Yaremchuk patient), probably the best male implants result I have seen, the cheekbones specifically.
Your view on surgery is just completely warped now.

I believe cheek implants would lay on the zygomaticofacial foramen. Does that mean a serious risk of damage to the zygomatic nerve?

She doesn't reply to emails, a famous surgery consultant told me that Zoe Nicolau uses cartilage for implants but I don't see anything regarding implants on her website.

Did you ask her about cartilage? maybe she didn't answer me because of someone I mentioned.

The use of those types of  "home made"  pictures as public advertising "before/after" pictures is probably unethical for a US plastic surgeon.

They are used in with the conscious knowledge that they will be provide the prospective patient with a deceptive and misleading understanding of the surgical results.

Ya I can't tell what he actually looks like in the after, but everyone thinks its the best implant result ever.  The guy can't smile wide anymore, for starters. He said he'd post more proper shots when he gets around to it, but that was years ago and yet he still visits RS to thank people for their compliments.
