Hi, Im having jaw surgery next week.

but i want to look better

what can I do

will jaw surgery make me look younger, I look about 30+ but im actually 19. How can I look closer to my age. I have 4 main issues.

1) My class 3 malocclusion -being fixed by jaw surgery
2) Im fat - being fixed the normal ways
3) My balding - im on finasteride
4) i look f**king 30 - im going to ask to get on retin a but i want to fix this asap. Its driving me crazy


Well im losing weight, having jaw surgery but how do I fix my other aesthetic problems.

Please help me its driving me insane, i want to look younger my actual age (19) I feel sick, its horrible. I hate the way i look

you don't really look old. i mean i wouldn't have guessed 19 but you look fine. A smaller chin will help.

I have the same problem except I'm 24 now. It's the flat cheeks which will be mostly fixed when they moved my upper jaw forward
