CCW relapse.
Apparently many people relapse from this type of surgery, and it is considered an unstable movement.
I have read a lot about it, but don't seem to fully understand it.
What is it exactly that relapses? The maxillary downgraft? What effect would that have? CW rotation or the maxilla and jaw? Maxillary height loss?
