Broad but recessed jaw?

Is it possible for someone to have a recessed jaw that is wide and broad from the frontal view? So basically, looking chubby and giving the impression of having full cheeks (at a low body weight) from the front yet having a weak jawline?

I had a sliding genioplasty done, but my face looks kind of wide from the front... and even at a pretty healthy weight my face looks chubby. From the side my jawline looks kind of weak. Does anyone know of anything like this?

Same as me re broad but short, I used to really like my jaw and got compliments on it but it is quite weak in profile and is becoming a problem due to changes in my bite position.
In fact I think a lot of people with very wide jaws often have short mandibles from profile view and if you carry a few extra pounds it can hide your jawline.
