I need lower jaw surgery for medical reasons. My surgeon has an x-ray that he has drawn his markings on, but he does not offer any computer imaging. He can't specify how much my jaw needs to be moved in mm either because he won't know exactly until he is doing the surgery, and thinks that describing it to me in that way would be meaningless to me. I have no sense of what to expect. Can anyone give some insight on how lower jaw surgery changes the appearance of your face? Thank you.
