Is it possible to file an insurance claim for braces for jaw surgery if the surgery meets medical necessity (OSA)? Curious if anyone has been successful in their attempts to do so.

Depends on your insurance plan, but I expect so. The only reason I wasn't covered for the braces just prior to my jaw surgery is because I had utilized the lifetime orthodontic max on my plan as a kid.
