the cut is so  close to the infraorbital rims that i fear some nerve might get cut and result in blindness or the eyeball could move or bulge and cause lazy eyes or bug eyes.

can someone share more information on this procedure and who does this best? I know of one so far and that is dr.b from Switzerland
I believe i will benefit greatly from this procedure
i m also looking into lefort 1 for midface reduction but so far the people who've gotten lefort 1 seem to show unimpressive results as if 0 change occurred with it.

thoughts?

I would get do MSE+Facemask, MOD Lefort 3, then this procedure to completely recession

I m actually looking to set a foundation first
I m Young so I don’t have deep pockets tbh

I m thinking of chin wing(to increase jaw width and push chin forward) + Malar osteotomy(handsome squidward) for starters

Can the malar osteotomy possibly give me a zygo arch?
