Any updates?
Your face reminds me of my own in terms of the issues (although I feel like you're better looking)
I also have a big nose (looks very big from certain angles)
And a slightly weak chin/jaw.
I'm sure full on jaw surgery would be best, but never gonna happen. So Been considering genio.
I'm extra interested in you because you mentioned Dr Alleandro Nueigra. Someone I was consulting with!
