I think I might have upper airway resistance syndrome due to small nasal airways and theoat due to an overbite with recessed chin. I am currently trying to get a diagnosis for UARS as it seems the most likely cause of my sleeping problems. I am wondering if jaw surgery provided relief for those of you who were diagnosed with UARS. Did you have upper, lower, or both jaws surgically advanced?
