Kybella injections
« on: August 10, 2019, 05:51:21 PM »
Any opinion on injecting kybella to the supranasolabial fat pad? The fat i got in this area is very stubborn and doesnt appear to react to weightloss or aging. Im aware of liposuction to this area is very risky but kybella sounds more of safe option.

Assuming you go to a doctor who is proficient in micro-liposuction,  there's actually more control via direct removal than kybella and it can be a 'one and done' procedure. Kybella can take multiple injection cycles and collective down time would be more due to that. If a doctor highly proficient in micro lipo to the facial fat pad areas suggests the kybella to you after examining you, then do the kybella.
