Do you think ANS shaving is advisable in this case? It looks to me like there is some 'tethering' between the top of the philtrum and the nose. I think shaving the ANS would close the angle a bit. Maybe ANS shaving with a rhino?
Cutting down or 'shaving' the ANS is something done in rhino to mitigate tethering of philtral area to base of nose and can help close an open angle. The rest of the nose is good. So, IF it's the ANS, then mainly work to the base of nose where the ANS affects the nose to lip angle orientation. He would have to consult with a rhino guy.
