How many mm's/cm's of maxillary and mandibular projection do I need?

To make my jaws attractive? I'm quite recessed and since my bimax consultation with Dr Z. has been re-scheduled to February the 25th I'd like to know what you guys recommend just by looking at the picture

My maxilla, mandible and chin are all recessed so I'm looking at a High Lefort1/BSSO and Genioplasty at the same time (so bimax combined with genioplasty)

All those things you mentioned sound good. You can’t tell just by the ceph scan imo but looks like 5-7mm would be sufficient. Are u doing this for aesthetics or functional?
