Did jaw surgery improve your health?
« on: September 23, 2020, 07:57:32 AM »
Hi all,

I have terrible facial pain and discomfort from my jaw deformity. My left disc got displaced when I was pretty young, and I had osteoarthritis on that joint for a long time. Things got progressively worse and only one pair of teeth touch now. I also have scoliosis and a forward head posture. My whole body is out of whack. I constantly feel tired and have trouble concentrating. I always have a migraine. I've lived so long like this, but I do remember what it was like before, and it kills me. I've been holding onto jaw surgery as my last hope but fear that it won't have the effects that I am hoping for.

To those who had similar issues, to what degree did jaw surgery help with the pain and discomfort, and did your overall health improve?
