Please analyse my ceph

What do you think of this ceph? I have a normal bite but tmj issues. I almost never keep my mouth closed because it doesn't feel good. My lower jaw is always a little further forward and down. I have a flat midface and very poor toothshow.

Your bit and jaw both look excellent.

This was an easy one.

What's the joint issue? Try massage and opening the jaw to stretch the muscles each morning (though, ask your doc first).

Thank you very much! unfortunately i always bite differently in reality. this causes my front teeth are damaged. The bite in the ceph does not feel comfortable. Even though I know it's right, I mostly bite tooth on tooth. could that be claudes by the joint?

Yes, the joints could wander a bit, but usually that's because the canine guidance is bad.
You'd have to post more records.

The tooth show can be fixed by lowering the maxilla, but it's hard to say if that's appropriate based on what you posted.

World ne advancement also help, or would clockwise rotation be better? My concern is also the flat midface. Would veneers be an alternative for tooth show? And midface implants?
