Looks like he had some idiot select out of focus photos at bad angles and use 4 separate links to photos instead of putting them all on one link. That's my analysis on 'exactly' what he had done. As to not litter the aesthetics section with these type of junk questions, I've transferred this to General Chat section.

Not sure what these images are supposed to show.  Case 1 is mouth open vs mouth closed, so impossible to compare.  Case 2 has horrible lighting.
