For those who havent seen my posts, I have underbite, bimaxillary protrusion, with a flat deficient midface, narrow palate and crossbite, and am generally recessed. I feel as though the lack of bone support is causing me to age badly because Im in my early 20s. Im getting deep tear troughs, jowels, and nasolabial folds that have been getting more and more visible since 2020ish. Is this a symptom of lack of bony support? Will jaw surgery diminsh nasolabial folds? Will implants help with the upper midface aging. What should I do to stop this??
