Implant erosion

Spoke to a surgeon who mentioned that all implants cause some degree of bone erosion. Weather it's silicone or peek. What are your thoughts?

But do you feel peek would be the godl standard bc it feels more like bone?

Genio is the gold standard. Any implant is going to have problems.

hi eastcostian1.DId your implants get infected and removed? Were the silicone or peek? And may i ask who was your surgeon? Thanks.
