Can I get jaw surgery with all-on-4/6 implants?

it looks like I'm going to have to get them both for the lower and upper teeth unfortunately. However I am also definitely in need of jaw surgery due to severe recession.

Is it possible to get jaw surgery if I have all-on-4/6 implants?
