I look even worse after genioplasty revision

I had DJS+genioplasty 6 months ago and the result was really disappointing. I got a genio revision 2 weeks ago and now I look even more recessed. How is this even possible.

I’m still swollen on the after xray that’s why it looks better. How is this even possible to not improve almost any at all? I know the orientation of the first two pics is different and I’m looking more up on the before one but it’s still obvious that there’s something not right.
