Need help choosing revision surgeon A vs B - preliminary attached

Background info: I am 3 years post DJS+Genio but unfortunately was left with lip canting/skeletal cant and facial asymmetry.

I have consulted with 2 experienced surgeons with the above complaints.

Below are both their VSPs, I am having trouble deciding which to choose from.

All I can really tell is it appears my ANS is more in line with surgeon A post-surgery. Surgeon B also seems to be a little bit more advancement.

I'm not seeing a difference just looking at the images. It might be better to put them side by side, A vs B instead of in two links, so we can see them next to one another.

I am not sure but it kind of looks like a genioplasty might make everything more symmetrical. Maybe I could get a 3rd opinion.

Bump. With my ANS more in line with surgeon A, would that be the better plan?
